Dan joined KW commercial as an Illinois licensed broker with a special emphasis on industrial and commercial uses having over 17 years of commercial brokerage experience including an extensive background in owner / landlord representation.  Working for well-known real estate companies like Marcus & Millichap, Nordic Properties & @properties Commercial Dan is well versed in lease and contract negotiations, market analysis and feasibility studies, site analysis, and entitlements.  He and his team have facilitated a vast number of commercial closings and is an approved Illinois Managing Broker.

In addition to his real estate knowledge, Dan has a strong construction background and is the president of a midsize construction company based in Illinois.  He has over 14 years of experience in the erection and remodeling of industrial, office, retail, & residential properties.

Being the owner-developer of numerous properties including residential, office, retail, and warehouse facilities; Dan has developed a deep understanding of all types of development issues that his clients experience on a regular basis.

Dan also previously managed a large real estate portfolio for his past employer/developer of over 1MM sq.ft. of commercial properties throughout the Chicagoland area for over 9 years.  Within his time at Nordic Properties he was able to bring the portfolio from an occupancy rate of 69% to 100% within a few years.  Overall occupancy was held between 90-100% for over 6 years prior to his departure.
